Symas Capital Management, LLC was formed to provide Investors with risk adverse investments by partnering with companies and partners who will always consider the investors and clients needs first. When we decide to work with a new company, we go all in and become fully invested in all aspects of their business.

We’re looking for innovation, hard work and promise, and have a strict criteria for selecting our next partners. While we only invest in a handful of companies a year, it means we can focus solely on those who we believe really have the founders, team and drive to succeed. We are a team that has over 17 years of financial services experience, and have managed and structured over $250 million in investment capital.

Thomas Lee serves as President and CEO of Symas Capital. Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate, Thomas was a Fixed Income Analyst at an asset management firm with over $5 billion AUM, where he handled analytics, due diligence and RFP requests, and reporting.  He also worked at Morgan Stanley, where he obtained his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Thomas graduated from George Mason University’s School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Real Estate at Georgetown University.
